Dor Călător Festival

1. Payment method
All food & drink purchases at the festival are made exclusively using your festival wristband, which also serves as a cashless payment method powered by Weezevent. This is the only accepted payment option at bars and food stands.
2. Wristband collection & activation
You’ll receive your wristband free of charge at the entrance when your ticket is scanned. There is no activation fee.
3. Loading your wristband (Top-up)
You can top up your wristband anytime during the festival – either at on-site Top-up stations (with cash or card) or directly from your phone by scanning the QR code on the wristband.
4. Online Top-up – Schedule
Online top-up is available during the following hours:
- - 7 June: from 12:00 to 21:45
- - 8 June: from 12:00 to 21:45
After these times, online top-ups will be disabled for the day.
5. Currency & top-up limits
All top-ups are in EURO. There is no minimum amount required, but the maximum balance allowed on a wristband is 250 EURO.
6. Balance check
You can check your balance anytime at the on-site Top-up stations or directly from your phone, if you've activated your online account.
7. Refunds
If you have remaining credit on your wristband after the festival, you can request a free refund between 9 June and 30 June 2025.
To request a refund, send an email to info@weezevent.com, including the wristband code and the name used during registration.
Requests submitted after 30 June will not be processed. It is each participant’s responsibility to request a refund within the deadline.
8. Additional information
Your wristband is personal and non-transferable, and can only be used within the festival grounds. The organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or compromised wristbands. Broken or defective wristbands are not eligible for refunds unless approved by the festival team.
