Ticket Purchase Process – Tickets can be paid using Visa or Mastercard via the official festival website, through the Stripe payment platform.
– Payments are processed in favor of B&B Eventagentur GmbH.
– Processing fees may apply during the purchase process. Please review the information displayed on the screen before finalizing your ticket order.
About the Tickets – The organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or duplicated tickets.
– Each participant is responsible for the safety of their own ticket.
– Reselling or transferring tickets to third parties for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to deny access to individuals holding such tickets and, if necessary, to remove them from the event grounds.
– The organizer is not liable for delays, postponements, or cancellations caused by external factors or by restrictions imposed by authorities. In such cases, any refund requests must be addressed directly to the organizer.
Refund Policy – Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase, except in cases governed by German law, such as cancellation or postponement due to the organizer’s fault.
– The organizer reserves the right to deny refunds in the following situations:
- Program changes: Replacing artists, adjusting performance times, or other program modifications do not qualify for refunds as long as the festival takes place overall.
- Festival postponement: In case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued if the new date is announced in advance and complies with legal requirements.
- Voluntary withdrawal: If a participant decides not to attend for personal reasons, tickets cannot be refunded.
- Force majeure: Refunds will not be granted for cancellations or postponements due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies, etc.) as outlined in the purchase agreement and civil law.
- Special cases: Refunds may be considered only for justified cases, such as serious medical issues, supported by official documentation.
Important Notes – Tickets remain valid for rescheduled festival dates.
– Refunds, if approved, are subject to a processing fee of up to 6%, depending on the event.
Administrative Fees – The organizer may charge an administrative fee for handling orders.
– These fees are displayed before the order is finalized.
Privacy – The organizer does not share personal data with any third parties except those directly involved in the payment and ticket management process.
